Service Description

If you feel like you need to dedicate some time to your movement, pain or mobility then this can help to plan your journey to feeling better. These sessions need to be used within a 6 month period and videos are provided to help maintain you practise at home. * First appointment will be 90 minutes to alloow for an assessment and 60 mins for others.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can only be made up to 48 hours before booking date. After this time frame, your payment is only transferrable or lost.
