Service Description

A 2 hour workshop dedicated to loosening and lengthening all the muscles dedicated to your walking pattern. We work with the muscles of the front and back of the body and then pattern this to the sides, allowing the shoulders and hips to re-learn how to move together, creating circles and allowing much more swing and sway through the body so walking, running and cycling becomes more fluid and free, helping to alleviate pain. This way of pandiculating and addressing your walking pattern is a powerful and effective way regaining your movement back and keeping the ageing process at bay. Any age or ability is welcome however, this workshop will be done lying on the floor and a chair option is not available in this session due to the space restriction in the event space.
