Service Description

For your first session, we will discuss your current concerns and goals. for clincial Somatics we also assess your movement patterns. During this assessment we will determine what we need look at and work with, before getting to work. For Clinical appointments- Following the appointment you will be given videos to help you create a home practise to sustain the benefits of the session.
