Release and Renew- Neck and Shoulder pain

    Sunday 4th February 2024

Shoulder and neck pain can be partners in crime and wreak havoc on your body, stress levels and mental wellbeing.

This workshop is designed to help you access the tension that is stored within the neck and shoulder area and notice how it might also patterns with the rest of your body.

We spend time accessing what awareness we have to these muscles, and how we control them or don't as the case may be. We then move and learn how to let go of the tension and create length which helps to ease the pain and improves the range of mobiilty you have as well making everyday movements much easier. Its always such a wonderful feeling of rememebering just how you can feel when there is no stress in the body.

No age or ability restrictions just bring your mat and ease your tension away
